F.B.I is a prison ministry  started in the spring of 2007.  It began as a way that Pastor Moore reached
out to those she knew personally in the prison system offering the good news of  the  gospel to  those  
behind bars.  There was a total of about 8 inmates that received  letters of  encouragement from  
Pastor  Moore until God blessed the  effort  with  growth.  In  May  of  2007  a  newsletter  was  created
called "The  Word Speaks" and was distributed to about 15  inmates.  In less  than  one  year  the  
number of inmates tripled.  

Currently  "The  Word Speaks" is a publication in the prison system.  Aside from being sent to the
prisons as a publication, it is also sent out to another 60+ inmates individually.

             Be  sure  to  include  the  state  the  inmate  is  in, their inmate number and
             correct spelling of their name.                          





SFM provides dishes, household supplies, bedding, furniture, clothing, and small electronics for those
coming out of shelters, prisons, suffering fires, and other tragedies.  SFM obtains these types of items
through the generosity of others. Those in need are encouraged to give back or help in some fashion.


There is an intake process for those in need that begins by a simple referral from shelters,
caseworkers, churches or by completing an application to begin the process.

SFM is endeavoring to give away one car a year to a needy student or individual.  From Thanksgiving
2011 through April 15, 2012 SFM plans to have an auto donation drive where those who are able can
donate running vehicles to a person in need.

Sure  Foundation  Ministries   (SFM)  is a ministry God  began  with Pastor
Keasha Hawkins  in the year  2000.  In 2007, Sure Foundation Ministries
began to minister to the homeless and those in need in our community. This
ministry started with monthly Bible studies taught at a local homeless shelter
by Pastor Hawkins. In 2010 Minister Oliver J. Moore Jr. began to
collaborate with these efforts.  Minister Moore ministered to the needs of the
homeless population in Minneapolis, MN and Omaha, NE.  He had a true
heart for the ministry provided by SFM.  

In December of 2010 Pastor Keasha Hawkins and Minister Oliver J. Moore,
Jr. were married.  Currently SFM ministry  has   grown  to  include
"Fellowship of Believers in Incarcerated", "Glean Transitional Furnishings",
a vision brought by Minister Moore, "Cars For A Cause" and to sponsor
several events in the community to bless others.  

Pastor Keasha Moore was the assistant pastor of One Way Ministry
Apostles'  Doctrine Church for over 5 years before beginning Sure
Foundation Ministries where she is the Senior Pastor.  Pastor Moore holds
a Bachelor's Degree in Christian Counseling and is pursuing a Master's
degree in Scriptural Psychology.  She currently works in the field of Social
Services as the Director of a residential program for young girls, some of
whom are pregnant and/or parenting.
